Aperol Spritz ( 200ml, 7% Vol)

Properties:

Ingredients:

• Sparkling white wine
• Aperol
• Sprig of mint
• Ginger slice
• Ice cubes

Preparation:
Put a slice of ginger and aperol in a wine glass and fill with ice cubes. Top up with white wine and garnish with a sprig of mint.
